Behind the Design: Winner & Wednesday Sneakers
Ever wonder what it's like to design this season's must-have shoes? From trend research to sketches to samples, Senior Design Director Danielle Kalish and her team puts their passion for must-have style and comfort into every pair.

What makes these sneakers special?
“For the Winner and Wednesday, we were really inspired by what’s going on with the flatform trending now in sneakers and a resurgence of a wedge sneaker. You’re getting a little bit more height in this look, but what we do in sneakers with Bzees Air Step technology is we give you all that height and lift but keep them super lightweight.”
How would you recommend styling it?
“When it comes to styling on the Wednesday and the Winner, I feel like there is so much versatility here because you could wear it leaving a yoga class in a very athleisure look, or a lot of women are dressing up these hybrid styles. So, the same looks you might wear with an ankle pant to the office, you could style with these sneakers and look very put together, or just a great cargo pant would be a really cute look.”
